These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ViewFolk (“ViewFolk,” “we,” “us”) at viewfolk.com. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ViewFolk, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use ViewFolk.

2. What ViewFolk is

ViewFolk is a creator discovery and collaboration-matchmaking platform. It helps people find YouTube creators and, for creators who claim their page, connect with potential collaborators. ViewFolk is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

3. Claiming pages

You may claim a creator page only if you genuinely own or control the corresponding YouTube channel, and only through our verification process. Submitting false or unauthorized claims is prohibited. We may revoke any claim we believe to be false, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms, at our discretion.

4. Collaboration requests

The collaboration request feature is intended for legitimate collaboration outreach between creators. You agree not to use it for spam, harassment, unsolicited commercial pitches, or any unlawful or abusive purpose. We reserve the right to rate-limit, suspend, or remove access to this feature — or to your account — for any misuse, at our discretion.

5. Content policy

ViewFolk is a platform for general-audience content creators. Channels or creators whose primary content is sexually explicit or adult-oriented — including, but not limited to, creators primarily monetizing through adult content platforms — are not eligible to be listed on ViewFolk or to claim a page. We reserve the right to remove any listing, claim, or content at our discretion.

6. Data accuracy

Creator statistics and other channel information shown on ViewFolk are sourced from public YouTube data and are provided for general informational purposes. This data may not always be fully accurate, complete, or up to date. You should not rely on it as an authoritative or official source.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

ViewFolk is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViewFolk and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as ViewFolk evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of ViewFolk after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or remove any account, claim, or listing that violates these Terms, or restrict access to the service, at our discretion and without prior notice. You may stop using ViewFolk at any time; if you own a claimed page, you can release it from that page.
